Commercial Agent Workshops to discuss the Enterprise M3 Commercial Property Market Study
We have commissioned a new Commercial Property Market Study, which is being conducted by economic consultants Regeneris. As part of this study, we are arranging a series of breakfast workshops for commercial property agents in different parts of the LEP area.
These workshops are a vital part of the research, which will allow us to test and refine the findings with those companies who are closest to the market. They will also provide you with an opportunity to directly influence the conclusions of the study and the interventions which should be prioritised by the LEP.
The main aims of the study are to:
- provide the LEP with a robust evidence base on commercial property market conditions in different parts of the EM3 corridor;
- analyse recent trends in the LEP’s priority growth sectors, and understand the key location and property requirements of these sectors;
- identify the key opportunities and challenges facing the commercial property market in different parts of the LEP area, and
- make recommendations on how the LEP and its partners can use their funding and influence to address the strategic opportunities and challenges identified in the report, and support the growth of key sectors.
Should you wish to attend, or alternatively send a representative, to any other workshops you are more than welcome to attend more than one, if you feel it would be useful. Regeneris will give a short presentation on their findings and conclusions, which will be followed by a discussion with attendees. We want to use the discussion to get your views on the key priorities for the market area. This may include new sites which should be brought forward, improving town centres, catering for growth sectors and market gaps, or improving accessibility for key employment areas.
