The Enterprise M3 Local Enterprise Partnership (LEP) is a public/private partnership set up to support and sustain economic growth at a local level. The LEP operates within a network of existing business support, provided by the private sector, the public sector, and a range of membership and third sector bodies.

Surrey County Council

The council's economic development team provides a range of services to business, including dedicated support to growth businesses in key sectors, businesses wishing to expand or relocate and businesses who want to invest in Hampshire and the Enterprise M3 area. Our research team provides in-depth economic research and intelligence which underpins the Growth Hub's activities.

Business South is a premier business engagement organisation which unites business leaders to drive economic prosperity, with the aim of making the region a great place to work and invest. They focus on key sectors, delivering innovative provision of mentoring and coaching for the next generation of business services.
SetSquared
The SETsquared Partnership is the enterprise collaboration between five leading research-intensive universities: Bath, Bristol, Exeter, Southampton and Surrey. It is a focus for enterprise activity and new business creation for the five university partners. SETsquared will provide an extensive network of specialist innovation expertise across key universities in the EM3 area.
