How to make a complaint

We aim to provide an excellent service for all of our customers. However in the event that you are dissatisfied with our service please call the Helpline on 01483 478098 or via email at . 

All concerns will be dealt with promptly by our Growth Hub Manager.

You will receive an acknowledgement within 2 working days and either an update on progress, or ideally a resolution within 5 working days.
