Roya has been a coach and consultant, providing tailored support, helping businesses with their strategy and delivery to maximise revenue, productivity and profit. She also uses a range of innovation tools to provide a frame work for businesses to develop an innovative culture.
As a senior manager Roya's experience and expertise comes from a career working for some of the top media houses in the UK including Reed Elsevier and Emap.
As Sales Director across both B2C and B2B publications she was responsible for taking brands offline to a digital platform, performance management, leading and working with Board Directors to develop new product strategies and investment, whilst also being responsible for key stakeholders and advertisers. She successfully developed strategies and delivered profit targets, and increases in market share.
