Ian has an huge range of commercialand operational experience, having worked with a many businesses and sectorsover almost 40 years in the UK & Far East. He initially had a successful 25year Corporate Career, then became a Serial Entrepreneur and latterly aConsultant, Business Coach and Mentor, running his own Consultancy businesssince 2000 helping to successfullyadvise, support and grow a wide range of Companies.
Ian has worked in the Hi Tech Digitalsector as Managing Director for Toshiba'sUK Electronic Imaging Division, and The Color Company, a large Digital Printand Graphics Group, and ran a Global Film Media Group which was a specialist supplierto all the Hollywood Studios and many Independent Broadcasters.
He spent 12 years in InternationalExpress Logistics, Warehousing & Distribution in senior Management & UKBoard Positions for TNT, DPD (formerly Parceline) FTS and GB Express.
Most business failures can be directly linked to a failure to have the right people and most successes to having the right people doing exactly what they need to do.
