James Edwards, Investment Manager at The FSE Group. James has over 30 years' experience in funding and supporting the growth of UK and international businesses and of regional economic development. James has managed the lending operations of the Enterprise M3 Funding Escalator since it launched in 2014. Over the years the funding escalator has supported more than a hundred companies and deployed over £10m to the region's growing enterprises.
Ian Jarvis High Growth and Entrepreneurs Business Manager with Barclays, has been with the Bank for over 32 years and within the business team for the past 17 years. During this time has worked with many different businesses at various stages of their growth, supporting them with their plans and ambitions.
