Join us for a free training session with speakers Lorna Thomas and Graeme Cooper from The People Specialists, to find out how your business can help develop skills within your workforce, and add value to your teams by pushing learning in new areas. 

 

Part of the Growth Hub's Skills event series, which has grown from the results of our 2018 survey on scaling up, this event has been put together to help businesses overcome the barriers to growth in the skills arena that we have across the M3 region. 

 

This sessions focuses on the how approaches to skills are changing between workforce generations, and looks at how to best consider the needs of employees at all stages, in order to retain and develop the talent you have. 

 

Objective: 

 

•To look at the differences, similarities and expectations between generations X, Y and Z
•To focus on 3 specific areas: values; career goals &opportunities; work environment 
•Tips to help identify and deal with problems before they escalate
