Open University Free 'Badged’ Courses.

The Open University are now offering free ‘badged’ courses. Badges demonstrate interest in a subject, evidence of professional development or a commitment to studies. Badged courses are highly engaging and cover a range of core subjects and professional competencies essential for the modern workplace.


Badged courses cover a range of core subjects and professional competencies for the modern workplace.


These are 24 hours of FREE online learning (ca 3 hours per week over 8 hours). Your badge and Statement of participation are downloadable from your OpenLearn Profile and can be shared on social media and displayed in LinkedIn or other eportfolio platform.


There are 8 employability courses listed below – other  free online courses are also available such as ‘Introduction to cyber security’, ‘Learning to code for data analysis’, ‘Supply Chain Management’ (see final link below for a full list).
