EM3 Growth Hub Blended Learning Programme
The Enterprise M3 Growth Hub is excited to launch a programme of blended learning that will offer information, support, guidance and the opportunity to discuss.
As part of our 2018 Scale Up Survey we asked you what your barriers to growth were. You told us that you wanted support with the talent management problem facing businesses in the M3 corridor and we listened.
‘How do we overcome the talent shortage in the M3 Corridor and how this is affecting my business?'
To help to advise on this issue, we've created a blended learning programme to grow knowledge and assist businesses. Our series of events and training seminars will be taking place over the coming months, covering upskilling, recruitment and retention.
To give some basis to the programme, we begin with sharing a suite of 4 webinars on the subject from Tate Recruitment.
The webinars are between 45-60 minutes long with expert speaker Russell Beck.

Using the latest research, insights and opinions available, Russell Beck, Impellam's Head of Consulting, examines the challenges inherent within a multi-generational workforce.
