Similar to private enterprise, social enterprises are run using commercial business model and vary in size from the smallest community shop to international organisations such as Traidcraft, which works across 30 countries and has a turnover of £20million. 

It has promoted and supported social enterprise for 10 years and run a School for Social Entrepreneurs for 6 years.

Their services range from workshops on trading for income to a course at their School for Social Entrepreneurs.

Bespoke Biking

They run bike tours, training sessions and bike clubs to promote the health and environmental benefits of cycling.

Heather Evans, the social entrepreneur behind Bespoke Biking, currently rated as the number one activity in Winchester on Trip Advisor; believes that cycling is good for fitness, transport, the economy and for the environment.
